John built Fearon Financial around the needs of his customers. He focuses on offering comprehensive mortgage programs to meet individual goals while offering exceptional customer service and guidance. John is a successful financial executive with over 18 years proven experience in mortgage lending and real estate services. He has personally closed over $700 million in construction, refinance, purchase, lot and home equity loans, and has been ranked in the top 100 Loan Originators in the US and 1st in the State of Ohio. He built his business by specializing in high-end residential mortgages and jumbo loans, as well as FHA programs.

Brian is a results-oriented, customer-focused Operations and IT executive with over 15 years proven experience providing solutions to business needs. During his career at a Fortune 500 company, Brian drove the activities of a 250-person IT organization across multiple geographic locations, and managed a 50-person team through all aspects of large-scale development. His wealth of knowledge has enabled Fearon Financial to streamline the lending process and become a technology-oriented mortgage bank. With his drive and determination, Brian has built the backbone to support the future success and growth of Fearon Financial.
